After getting out of a hot bath my vison has been very fuzy and big bright rainbow halos around lights?

I just got out of a bath and since i got out like all my vison is super blurry and fuzzy...theres weird huge light rainbow halos around lights im really freaked out...im 21 years old, healthy weight ...i coloured contacts but im not wearing them now could that be why im freaking out?After getting out of a hot bath my vison has been very fuzy and big bright rainbow halos around lights?

Could be low blood pressure, but it is very common to step out of a bath that is too hot and see spots.
Coming from dark place to a bright light, forces the eyes to change the size of the pupil of your eyes for a minute or two to protect it and the pupils also changes to become bigger in order to be able to see better in a darker place and the other reason is to check you might have light cataract.
you could have maybe just gotten chlorine in your eyes. that same thing has happened to me.
You have PINKEYE...go to optomotrist for some antibiotic drops.

well first of all, taking a hot bath will dry out your contacts if you take a shower/bath with them on.





color contacts will make you see differently too b/c of the color dyes in them. just take a bath/shower after taking your contacts OFF. your eyes are red b/c they are irritated and possibly dry.





color contacts are thicker than regular ones too. they used to make you see funny patterns due to the color in them, think about it, after all, they are like coored patterns the manufacturer puts in them to make them give your eyes a different color.





anyway to keep it simple, it's not your eyes that are funny, it's b/c the COLORED contacts are just making them see different colors.





dont take such hot baths, it will make you whoozy.
Do a little research on hot tubs (spas) and high blood pressure. You are likely raising your BP slightly in the hot bath and the pressure behind your eyes.
You could be dehydrated.
sounds like your bath was toooo hot


it can lead to your body temperature rising to high


and becoming dehyrdrated


which is causing you to be light headed and blurry vision
