PLEASE PLEASE HELP !!!1My period is light so can i swim wearing a black bathing suit ???
yea..but i would wear a tampon just in case!My period is light so can i swim wearing a black bathing suit ???
hi Kerry,

Sure, go ahead and have a swim......but if i were you i would

wear a tampon just in case you spring a leak....that would be just too embarrassing for words. If you do not want to use a tampon just stick a thin pantyliner in the crotch of your swim-suit....make sure you center it and then check to see if anything is peeking out. I have done the pantyliner thing many times and have had very good luck with them. I really do hope this has helped you.....Good luck
it probably isnt a good idea i would not risk it why not use a tampon
no because your flow could pick up again. it's different everytime. just put a tampon in. i recomend tampax. they are very comfortable. if you don't like having a tampon in, put it in right before you go swimming and right away when your done, take it out. if your swimming for longer than four hours, change it every four hours. just say you have to go to the bathroom, dry off and go. whoever your swimming with, wont know that you have your period [if your trying to hide it]. but i would deffinatly not swim with out a tampon in even if your flow is light, you could have a blood train left behind you that you may not see but others will. 鈾? :]
It is only common courtesy to others that you wash, insert a tampon before wearing any colour of a bathing suit. Why not red?
