We have light housekeeping and other chores done thru a government agency. It started thru hospice. Contact your local hospice and maybe they can help. We also get a box of food a week for my father. It contains 7 lunches, 7 snacks, 7 juices %26amp; a few other things like powdered milk. There are many agencies that can help. Start looking in the yellow pages for elderly help. You can also contact your local welfare office. There are many other resources. This is just off the top of my head. If ya need more help feel free to contact me.

Good luck and God speed
You didnt list the geographic area where this woman needs the service. But even with that info, it's unlikely you'll find anyone to do that kind of service without also having a listing in the ';Want ads';. At first glance I would look into Senior Citizens advocacy groups, like http://www.aarp.org/ or the like, I want to say I heard that they have a network of caregivers for that sort of thing. Also I would suggest looking into your local government listings, they usually have some sort of department that handles senior affairs.

Good luck.
Depending on where you are, there are agencies that provide these services. Or you can put an ad in the help-wanted section of the paper. Just be sure to do a background check(criminal) and get references on the person you consider hiring. Or, since you say the insurance company is going to pay, ask them who they would recommend. These services are not impossible and are pretty typical of the ones performed by most home health aides.
