Can you light a fart in the bath?

I'v seen people lighting farts the usual way but has anybody tried sitting in bath water and lighting a fart bubble as it breaks the surface of the water?Can you light a fart in the bath?

No, the match gets wet.
To be able to light it easily you would need to catch in a jam jar. Think back to your GCSE chemistry when you saw gas being collected over water with a gas jar.

lol, eventually it'll be real difficult since the water particles will most likely not let the ligh burn.
I would have thought that by the time the fart had risen to the surface it would have become dampened by the water - what you might call a wet fart...............
